About me
I was interested in psychology from an early age, due to the fact that my mother is an early school educator and mediator, and it was she who instilled in me a love of psychology and exploring the nature of the human mind, and most importantly, a willingness to help in solving many problems related to it. While writing one of the last papers in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, I came across articles related to human sexuality and then I made a decision – this is what I want to do in my life!
I finished my master’s degree in psychology at the University of Lodz. During my studies, I worked with children from “difficult” backgrounds. After defending my diploma, I immediately chose the path that interests me, ie Postgraduate Studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, majoring in “Clinical Sexology – Opinion, Therapy, and Education”. I am just starting the certification process of the Polish Sexological Society. I am currently attending the Psychotherapy School of the Ericson Institute in Warsaw. I am also in the process of licensed TRE® training.
I am a psychologist, sexologist and psychotherapist during training (the term “during training” means that I can conduct psychotherapy, but I still expand my knowledge under the supervision of specialists.) I am also under constant supervision.
I approach a person as a whole, I work with head, but also with body, helping to free patients from tensions and deeply hidden blockages and traumas. I help people gain self-awareness, appreciate their resources, and work on self-confidence and assertiveness. I lead you through a difficult path related to working out and coming to terms with the past, including heavy memories and traumas from childhood, adolescence or recent difficult events.
In addition, I am happy to help couples find a common language, learn to communicate in a relationship, and solve problems related to sexuality.
I also conduct therapies for people struggling with difficulties, disorders or disinformation in the sphere of sexuality.
My goal is to build a relationship with the patient based on trust and a sense of security, everyone in my office will be heard, understood and accepted.
